while im not phil, i also had a jamis diablo. dont get one, they frames arent built for climbing, and the metal is super weak around the shock mount (phil and myself have both had 2 broken frames in this location). The only redeeming quality is that Jamis WILL warranty your frame, relatively hassle free, it just takes time. If you want to stick with Jamis, the new bam is pretty good.
