Hey Henry, thanks for the offer. I see the Orthopedist this Wednesday and I will be asking him when I can put the road bike on pavement. It's in the trainer right now and I get to ride a whopping 10 minutes a day!!!

Darn, I missed Saterdays shuttle(in Luguna) thanks for the offer . I needed to set up my Cane Creeks Shock and didn't want to slow the system. Hey!!! While you are in rehab, if you and Mr Rogers care to spin to the beach on the Santa Anna river trail, PJ and I are riding Saterdays at 7am or so on tri-bikes it's somewhat flat. Also, I'll be ride Mammoth all week so if you have any of your group up there let me know. Good Luck On A Speedy Recovery. Henry(Santeigo Oaks)
