Danny, if you're really looking for a good deal on a wheelset, I have a set of these:

and they have been great. They are supposedly a knockoff of the Neuvation M28 wheels. If you look at them, they look exactly alike except for the decals. I asked the owner of Neuvation (in person) if they were the same and he claimed they were not so I'll take him at his word. The e-bay deal would be good if they are in good shape, but e-bay deals are a risk that everyone needs to assess for themself.
Anyway, Supergo sold these for up to $249, but often had sales on them as low as <$100. I paid $100 for my set and have had them for a few years and I weigh 270lbs. They are as smooth and true as the day I got them.

Nasbar sold some that were similar under the Forte label and Titan model, but the bladed spokes were not as robust and I have heard of people having issues with the spokes on those.
