Miss riding with you! Rehab is going well. I was actually able to do the 30 mile SART ride last Saturday. Roger says hi and give Heather a hug from both of us!

Getting better, 1 day at a time. Riding but taking it easy on the mashing and twisting. Mostly gravity riding and using flat pedals.

Hey stranger, I was just thinking the same thing!!! Started PT, no weight bearing or kneeling. Hope to be on the stationary bike soon!!! Miss you guys!!!
