What's your timeline for moving? Wife and I may be moving soon as well, and might make use of some of what you're selling, but our move - if it happens` - won't be until December.

Welcome to the neighborhood!
I'll check with the wife on the micro and range. Do you deliver?  I got the "looks nice, but I only cook with gas" response and no dice on the micro either cause " the carpet needs to match the drapes"

fullerton i consider LA Light
you're in MV which is considered South OC and that's deep in the thick of it all...your road rides will be great lots of elevation changes
