HT/FS Combo Deal

Ladies and Gents:

It hurts to do this, but its gotta be done. I built up a bike for the wife, but she doesn't like the way it rides. She never rides dirt, just the family rides with the kids. So there is no reason for me to keep these bikes.
For sale is a Marin B-17 hardtail. Brand new frame. Only one ride on it. Roughly 12 miles on the bike lane on the side of El Toro Road. I'm also throwing in my KHS FXT Pro frame that I butchered parts from to build the B-17. The HT does not have a front derailer. Its a bottom pull and I never got to adding that part. The FS frame will have the front derailer on it.

I dissect my bikes every 6 months or less and perform loving service on the parts. And I treat my bikes better than my kids. At least according to my wife. Priorities I tell her.

All parts transfer from one frame to the other except seat post and front derailer. I have all cables and housing.

The HT frame is so damn good looking. The flat black will be the next color when i repaint my newest ride.

Brand New Parts For the Hard Tail
Marin B-17 13" frame. I'm 5'10" and it fits me good. 5'11" would be the biggest I'd think. The 13" frame is equivalent to a normal 16" frame.

The shock has a slow leak. I have to repump the negative chamber every 3 rides.

If I find any other parts that I can add to the deal I will. I've never gotten rid a of bike before. All old steads sit in my garage. But I'll never ride this since I only ride FS now and the KHS wont be rebuilt.

I want $800 for all. If anyone wants to leave input on the price, please do. I may just throw this on ebay to try to get the highest price. But I'd rather my "ladies" go to a good home.

If anyone does buy these bikes, and we meet to deliver, don't be surprised if I shed a tear or 200. I love my bikes.

I put about 500 in new parts on the KHS before buying my New Marin Wolf Ridge. So the parts or in great shape.

I'd rather email more pics since resizing takes too much of my time.
