Default Fork Deals

Appear to be some killer deals on some forks at wheelworld.com right now to those looking. For example, RockShox 07 Pike 426 Dual Air 140 for $349. I also think you can get an extra 10% off using the code WWMTBR10.

that is GREAT NEWS!

I think I was getting caught up in the adrenaline rush of just buying something new. Truth is, the fork I have is more than fine. Now with the travel issues fixed 100%, there is nothing wrong with the fork. Gonna just keep it and save the hassle. I have been so good for a while not buying bike stuff and its been nice.....i want to keep it that way for a while.

haha....yeah, it is a killer fork. Not sure why I would want to add almost a pound to a bike that is already WAY overkill for my needs anyway. Hassle is just not worth it. Plus, the thought of either 180mm or ETA may not be a good idea. Sure it would be great for fireroad climbs but ETA is not the greatest on some technical climbing since its barely a suspension and 180mm for most of riding would be too much I think....I could certainly live with it and if starting from scratch might still consider it but the hassle turned me off.

As for the CCDB....i am sure it rocks. Having said that, i am not a tinkering guy and the best shock i have ever had is already on my RFX and I could not be happier.....though I wouldnt mind a Ti spring for bling
