Good shorts - a little thicker - but the chamois is good..and the liner is removable.

You can order online for in-store pickup. My experience has been that the stores themselves don't stock too many.

As a chick I like 'em also. I even wear the included chamois. If I don't wear lycra tomorrow I'll be sporting these.

I'd say go for Medium. I wear a small and wear around a men's 30 waist ~.

If you live near Sport Chalet run in and see if they have any. That's where I initially got my pair.

i'm a 34 and have a Large.

The outer short it quite big on me and sags a bit in the back when on the trail. However the inside tight spandex type short with the chamois is nice and tug.

I'd go try on a medium at sport chalet if i were you
