Worth on 02 FSR xc S-work frame? Make me an offer

I just upgraded by frame to an 07 Ellsworth Epi (the Path sale was too much to resist) and am in the process of getting some of the stuff transferred over from my 02 Specialized FSR S-Work xc bike. What will be left of the FSR will be:
-frame SMALL
-front SID and
-rear Fox shocks w/ lock-out,
-crank
-stem and bar,
-front derailleur

No brakes, no wheelset, no rear derailleur, no headset.

I'll post up pics once I get a chance but what do you think I can get for it? The frame is in excellent condition, i was not hard on this bike at all mainly trail riding no crazy jumps.

I attached a pic of what the bike looks like from the specialized photos to give you an idea. I'll post pics of the actual frame when i get it back from the Path

Anyway, make me a serious offer and you might get a really well cared for frame.

I am not interested in the frame but anyone who is can get an aftermarket swingarm from goldtec to increase rear wheel travel to 120mm

not sure, but i'm pending a sale on the entire thing right now so i'll let you know if it falls through

you want just the nake frame w/ rear shocks? nothing else?

this might work out if my deal falls through, sprockethead wants my SID front shock and you want the frame. PM me an offer and i'll let you know if the current buyer flakes.
