Not sure how long this will go on for but some stuff that jenson is selling includes cash cards and free shipping. Some stuff:

Pakiha, I take it you work for Jenson??? If so, does it bug you that people ask you to price match something from another site?? Or you dont care as long as they buy from you guys?

Can't say for sure since I don't work there but I'm pretty sure they appreciate any and all business that goes there way. Don't think they'd offer price match on their site if it bugged them. But then again what do I know

Ok.... because what I did was when the current Camelbak MULE first came out, Campmor had it for $59 while everyone was $80... so I asked Jenson to price match and they agreed so even with ground shipping, I still got it the next day.

I actually just made a plugin a couple days ago that formats all Jenson links on STR so they include our tracking info automatically. So yes, they do give us credit.

Neccros, Yes I work for JensonUSA In no way do we mind price matching. It gives us the opportunity to serve you the best we can. The best part is that even on price matched items STR stillgets a piece of the pie.

ok, so I ordered the cassette, then figured I need a new chain with that (wippermann's in stock, sweet!) couldn't stop there so I ordered a few more things. I placed my order, Jenson charged my card... but no email receipt or anything?

This is my first Jenson order, so I dunno if this is S.O.P., a receipt and tracking # would be nice.

They usually send out receipt emails and then a "your order has shipped" email later. Can't remember if there was a lag with the receipt email. Did you check your junk/spam box?

Check your spam/junk mail folder they get end up there alot, and if it did add the Jenson email address to your address book to keep it from going there next time you place an order.

You should have received an order confirmation, and depending on what time you ordered you should get a UPS tracking number within a day or so.

Also if you placed your order online(phone does not work like this) you can hit the check order status button at the top of the Jenson website.
