Default REI - 25% off Giro

Just stopped by REI to discover that they're having a 25% off sale on all Giro products. It's available online too, which means you can get the Remedy Fullface for $89.99.
Giro Remedy FF Mountain Bike Helmet from REI.com

Like I said, the other Giro helmets are 25% off too, and they're the new models with the new logo. Not a bad deal.

Stoked - I was planning to go grab a new Giro Xen or Hex to replace my funky old Bell. Thanks for sharing this!

Default sizing question...

sorry this maybe a dumb question but when fitting a FF helmet... is the sizing the same as their regular lids? I wear a M Xen... so should I be getting a M Remedy?
thanks

On a full face the two main things to check are that it's not loose when you swing your head around and there's not any gap at the cheek pad. At least with a moto helmet that's what I look for. I assume it's the same with MTB

If you aren't sure about sizing, you can do what I sometimes do--order both and have them delivered to your local store. When you get the notification that your order has arrived, go to the store and try both, while returning the one that doesn't fit. They have a great return policy.
