It may still be around when you get back PacMan. Forgot to mention that I'll accept Paypal with the buyer picking up the 3% paypal fee.

kid_a, unfortunately that sticker is part of the deal with the bike. i was told that it makes the bike faster somehow.

Too bad you can't figure out a way to have two bikes.

I've been wanting a 29er and a SS. This would solve both those problems. Now if I could just sell my Jamis I'd only need a couple hundred more $$'s

Gawd, that bike is really sweet. To big for me and I'm a solid fan of the 26er.

I assume your avatar is foreshadowing, but if not, here's another idea:

But if I pull down a 29er and a SS, I'll have one of everything and then I'll stop bying bikes....I swear

Here's a pic of my garage. Count the bikes. When I took the pic, my Enduro wasn't even in the garage, it's on my car's roof rack and my Trek HT is at my dad's, so add 2 more.

OK, maybe you have a point. I swear, no more bikes until after Moab.

Hey George - for this post can we have the "Thanks" button replaced with "I told you so"?

JK Whitey - It'll be good to see you on a bigger bike again.

G - Coiler or Stinky, that is the Q
btw - does this mean you're also buying a truck again and embarking on another username? if so suggest maybe a username like "Viagra" as you could only stay rigid for a short while

Yes, second that request.

With Bret's riding style, where he rides and the people he rides with, a rigid singlespeed did not make much sense.

^Exactly, I enjoyed the s/s and really pushed it on the downhill sections and after hauling ass down the luge yesterday I just really wanted to be back on full squish. Purple Haze is a fun bike, and the new challenges she brought to the dirt were welcomed. Hopefully she'll find a new home soon.

I'll picked up one of the last 06 Kona Coiler Deluxe's from WheelWorld yesterday afternoon. I'll snap a few pix tonight and upload them.
