I am going to post my San Jose onto Ebay but I thought if anyone here is interested, we can save some fees!
![]() This is a 2006 Bianchi San Jose, their all-purpose do-all single speed road/cross rig. It has been a bomber commuter and a blast on local trails. I have made a few upgrades that I think really enhance the bike. The wheelset is a front 32h 105 hub laced to a Mavic CXP33 rim, very sturdy rims, and on the rear is a Paul Word Hub 32h-flip flop for freewheel or fixie-also laced to a Mavic CXP33 rim. The tread is Specialized Pro Houffalize CX 700x32 and the tubes are Slime tubes. ![]() The stem and seatpost are Ritchey WCS and the saddle is a Fizik Nisene. I have the brakes set-up moto with Cane Creek Cross Top levers and Cane Creek SCR-5 brake levers- the levers and calipers are stock- with matching Cane Creek SCX-5 canti's. ![]() I am currently running a 42x20 gearing which is great for the Fullerton Loop but I can supply a bigger ring up front and a 17t for the rear for commuting. The pedals are Time Atac Aluminun in white, the chain is a blue KMC and my favorite upgrades are the Red, White and Blue Chris King headset and the carbon Winwood cross fork...mmmmmmm, carbon! ![]() Don't be fooled by the 55cm, they run a little big. I use a 57cm for the Cross Concept from Bianchi and a 59cm for the Bianchi San Lorenzo.....the sizing is a kind of strange! The only stock items left on it are the brakes, bb and crank...I don't like stock I am asking for $500 for anyone from STR. I thought I'd leave it on for a week before putting it on the Ebay monster! PM me if you have any questions or want to check it out ![]()

Gawd Neil, that is one BEAUTIFUL bike. When are people going to be giving me a deal on the smaller bikes like that one? There was a guy riding this frame in the Palm Springs Century, riding it fixed and was kickin butt. To bad he spun out on the dh's. He wasn't but about 10 minutes behind us though at the end.
