I just tried mine on. Very comfortable. Also very water resistant too, I held the sleeve under a running stream of water for 2 minutes and the water rolled right off, nothing absorbed.

The shell is 100% Polyester, with a Polyurethane coating. The liner is Polyester and nylon.

There's a reflective trim made of 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material that runs from the front and the back of the sleeves, Chest and back.

The Sleeves are attached with zippers so you can use this as a vest as well. The vest has a mesh inner liner that makes the jacket feel very comfortable and helps with breathability. The back of the jacket is lower than the front to stop rain from entering.

My XXL is a little long in the sleeves for me and I usually wear a xxl jacket, so a medium might fit you if you were between a medium and a large.
