any idea of what they actually will have on sale and for what prices?

I am looking for derailleurs/shifters and possibly a few other parts.. Wondering if it makes sense to make the 40 min drive..

From the past, they've had some good deals on bikes and clothing. If you're looking for parts, it's not worth the 40 minute drive.
