Default 29er Single Speed Fo Sale

I have come to realize I am DREAMING if I think I can justify having 3 bikes. I just dont ride much at all anymore not to mention, my vacation i just returned from cost WAY more than I had planned (doesn't it always...).

I "think" I am gonna sell it complete but may very well part it out. Retail is right at about $2900-$3000 for what its worth in the bike's current configuration.

I am thinking high $1000 range or it simply makes sense for me to sell it by parts which tends to get a bit more but is also more of a pain...not sure.

frame = Large Godzilla Green Ninerbikes One 9
cranks = White Industries ENO 32t green chainring
BB = Phil Wood Stainless
fork = Pace Carbon 29er fork
wheelset = American Classic SS Cassette Hub / Am Classic Rims
brakes = Hope Minis with green levers
cog = Chris King 20t
chain = KMC Z610HX
pedals = Shimano 540
seat = WTB Rocket V Stealth
seatpost = Thomson Elite 31.6x400 black
stem = Thomson X4 10 degree x 110mm
bars = FSA K Force Carbon bars
grips = ODI-Lock Rogue
headset = Chris King Green
tubes = Bontrager
tires = Bontrager XR front / Nanoraptor rear
seatpost clamp = Intense black
skewers = Green Salsa quick release

below picture show rear tire as Bontrager ACX but i did not like it after 1 ride and the Nano is on there now. I also think i got one of the last sets of green hope brake sets.....at least that is what I was told.

the Dos Niner is the 20" version. Not sure what a fair price on that frame is however. it would also depend on what I can get the Vetana El Patron frame for I suppose.

are you interested in the complete Dos Niner or just the frame?

cheers

no worries. The Dos is a very nice frame I have to admit. I was just thinking that the perfect duo of bikes would be a single speed ventana and short travel FS rig is all.

I will say that if I were to ever build up a SS that bike is pretty much how I would want mine except I would need a 4" travel fork up front. If I had the money I'd love to work out a deal with you......but its just not in the cards for me right now. Good luck with the sale, its a beautiful bike and I'm sure you won't have much trouble selling her

actually Tk, not the El Cap. What I would love one day is the El Patron; a short travel FS 29er rig with the large ball burnished weighing in at less than 5.5 lbs. It is soooohhhhhweeeet. I dig the El Cap but the Patron is more my style nowadays.

Everybody please ignore the VILLAGE IDIOT (aka, FoShizzle).

my good buddy, who happens to be the same guy who built up the One 9 said I would be a fool to sell it. I love single speeding and really dont dig the gears so he convinced me to sell one of my other 29ers.....will post for sale soon. I dont know why i did not think of that. The One 9 is EXACTLY the way i want it and it is just too sweet of a bike.

the El Patron is awesome. It is effectively a 29er El Fuego. In the stock ball burnished in a large it weighs under 5.5 lbs if i recall. A larger size, with powdercoat paint, and upgraded quad bearings at the main pivot is still only a tad over 5.5.

that would be the ultimate race bike in my opinion.
