Just knowing this frame's been on its share of "routine expeditions" would be enough to entice me.....if only it was a large!

What has it been replaced with, Eric

Not so sure about that one....

If Marshall is selling the Sunday (cough... big mistake.. cough) that can only mean the new frame has arrived.

Hopefully, he will unveil it in the days to come...

I will let the surprise new frame topic simmer.

Somone should snap this up. I got more for mine, and it was in worse shape.

Marshal, have you done a completed listings search on ebay? I really think you may be underselling yourself.

I know it's a little underpriced, but I figured I'd list it on STR for a week or so at this price and hope for a quick local sale. If it doesn't sell here the next step will be to put it up on the bigger boards (MTBR, Ridemonkey) or maybe eBay it.

HMMMM still trying to figure this out... Is this an intense decision or do I smell a ringer like a Ventana or Turner in the near future... I need to stop by the path and count the frames hanging from the ceiling so I can get some sleep...

Rest assured, Marshall's *NEW* frame was not hanging from the rafters... Don't recall it being an Intense either. I guess you will have to wait.

For those wondering about the frame: No one takes better care of his bikes than Marshall!!!
By DH bike standards, it has EXTREMELY low miles (uses his 6 Point or single speed for most So Cal riding).

For those wondering about the price: Let's see
New Sunday frame- $2,100
New Intense M6 frame- $3,195
New Socom frame- $2,795
New Demo 8 frame- $2,000
New Foes DHS Mono 2.1 frame- $3,200
Marshall frame- $900

For those wondering about Marshall: He is one of STR's most highly regarded members. His knowledge of bike related "things" is quite impressive. He is honest. He has been a source of wisdom for many who have visited (MTBR, Ride Monkey, STR etc.). He is also a cherished friend.

If you are considering a DH frame (at a bargain price)..... Look no further

The scratches make the frame even better. Do you know how much this frame cost? Let's think about this. This is not an impluse buy just someone buy it please. This way I don't have to suffer anymore.

Mom just buy it!

There I fixed it for you, you need to get out more.... and I have seen this bike up close as well and it really is as close to perfect as mentioned above. all of the bikes in this stable are extremely well maintained, you can not go wrong except to PASS on this deal if you ride a med.

He just said the frame I got wasn't hanging from the rafters at the Path, not that I didn't buy it from them. Besides, where else would I go?

No 14lb frame for me.

I only saw 2 or 3 V-tachs at the bike park during the week I was there. Lots of Konas, Specialized Demos, and Giant Glorys though.
