Does the shock have 10 or 12mm eyelets, are you including spacers?

I'm pretty sure manitous use 10mm eyelets. It does come with spacers or bushing in the picture I just don't know what frame they are for. I bought it for my chumba evo but it seems getting the bushing for it might be more work than it's worth.
