I've got a couple of ?'s. Will the frame & fork accept v-brakes or disc? What is the measurement of the seat tube c-t? I'm interested in trying out a 29'r and this might work. Also I'd like to see some pics when you get a chance.

Thanks Burner, let me know. Is this a singlespeed setup or geared? If he or she, goes for all 3, I might have some bars or a seatpost I'll throw in too!

Default Geared 29

Will an 8 speed cassette work with these wheels? Would you take 400 for the 737/RST/geared wheels package? Can bring you cash tomorrow if still available.

p.s. My first post.....YIPPEEEE!

Peace,
Pauly

How big does the large geared zion frame run? not for me, but a buddy wants one of these, he is not tall though, so i doubt it would fit him, unless they run on the small side...

The large runs a little longer. It has an effective top tube of about 24.5inches. Most Large frames have an effective top tube of around 24inches. For reference, I'm 5' 11.5" and I ran the large Zion frame with a 100mm stem and it was fine.

Good? Well, usual rule applies here. Strong, Light, Cheap. Pick 2.

These are the OEM Specialized set they sell with their Hardrocks I believe. They're not a super light as they use straight gauge spokes. But I think they're definitely decent enough to ride on for awhile to decide if you like 29's. and go to a blinger set after. Or use as backups spares.

Yes you can run an 8 speed cassette on these wheels. They have your standard shimano type 9 speed Cassette body. Pauly, you have PM, I've got someone else interested in the frame and RST fork too so please let me know if you're still interested.

SWEET. Now that I have found the shifters that I wanted, I am not so hurt by your blunt package offer. So it all worked out in the end.
