Default WTB Good Deal on a new 20"

Sold my Singlespeed after 2 days, I dont need two 29ers just clutter, cluttering my life

I have room for another bike
I need to find a steal of a deal on a 20" bmx bike I can ride at the expert level looking for something like
SE Bikes Pk Ripper Team
Intense Podium Carbon/Alloy something

something good would like to keep it under 800 and it has to be competitive in the 20" 20-25 expert class, it needs to be decent.

Talk to Mike at Fullerton Bicycles (also posts here as Fullerton Mike). He was sitting next to Liz on Friday night. http://www.fullertonbicycle.com/ They carry both Intense and SE, and I think they may have some of all of those in stock.

Im going to go by fullerton bikes today or tommrow and sit on some 20" bikes im trying to decide if the podium frame is worth it or not I dont know if the hype is really anything to worry about, the se team bike and even the intense bikes with the sabot frame look decent

Although there may be some geometry difference in some models of the Sabot vs. the Podium (I know the Pro Cruiser has different chainstay lengths), otherwise, I think the bikes basically perform the same.

Toby, one of the guys in my cruiser class, is selling his 20" Redline Flight for about $275 (retails for about $680). It was too small for him, so he bought an XXL 20" (he's about 6'2").

I don't have any contact info for him, but he's usually out at Orange and sometimes at Bellflower.

With all the heat-treated butted Cro-Moly out there today there is little to no advantage in alloys or carbon. I like S&M's 38 special for a race bike.

Then quit talking about it, and bring and race it at Orange on Friday night!
