2002? S works M5

I have a 2002 Sworks M5 stumpy(smallish, ETT at 21-22?) for sale. included is:

frame
rear Fox shock (float R) with lock out, recently serviced by the path(maybe 10 rides after wards, As I like many of you have more than one bike)
BB, S works crankset with 3 rings, small was replaced with Vuelta chainring
Front XT Dérailleur
rear D hanger
Spesh seat post clamp

Damage:
chain suck, in typical area, looks to have taken a pretty good chunk of powder coating off.

V-Brake mount damage(non drive side), not sure what happened to be honest. Just saw it there one day.

small notch on rear shock, no leaks.

Thinking in the 300 range? but unsure of value, so Im open to offers.

Other than that its still a great light frame, I am starting to make my transition to 29er world

I know you just posted this a few days ago, but any serious offers yet? I'll start mine at 200, but if possible, would love to get a closer look before final decision. Where are you located?
