Default Giro

'05 Giro Xen $79.99 less 15% = $67.99 That's a smokin' deal if you don't mind an olive colored helmet in small or large only.

I think the prices Jenson has listed already reflect the 15% discount. In that case, not such a great deal.

Dino - The chicks will be all over you with that helmet.

Dell - Did you check on what kind of deal you could get on a crash replacement on your old helmet?

Thanks to Craig's persuasion regarding the helmet, I just placed my order, they marked it down to $67.99 from $79.99. I also ordered an Azonic Jersey for $20.00 as well as a Hope seatclamp for the HUCKLER, (yes, I am keeping her).

Very nice hubs. I have hope bulbs on my new wheels and really like them. The front can be converted to 20mm in case I ever want a fork like the Pike. I think Skippy has the new pro II's.

Default Hope

I'm looking at the Hope Pro 2's for some new wheels. Quicker engagement than the Bulbs and XC's but a far cry from Chris Kings. Being 1/2 the price of King's and only slightly heavier, I may take a gamble. One could get a pretty nice wheelset for under $500 with the Pro 2's. Unfortunately Larry at Mountain High Cyclery is 4 weeks out on wheels. I can't wait that long. If I can't score off e-bay or classifieds, I'll have some built somewhere else.

Yeah, I just got the new Hope Pro II's (Check my avator). There really nice, over my XT's! Gonzo and I were comparing his Bulbs to my Pro II's. Pro II's are muchhhh louder!

Craig, check Red Barn Bicycles and ask for Chad. He built mine and Georges wheels. Took about 2 weeks for me plus he covered shipping.
