Received this email today form DiNotte.
Thought I would pass it along. About 6 months ago I purchased the 200L, and along with the charger I already had, and some high quality AA's ended p with a really good light for the money. When ordered, you'll get 2 AA battery holders, so it's easy to carry spare batteries. This sucker is bright for it's size! So, if your in the market for a good light, you may want to consider this. Be sure to click on SALE ITEMS. http://store.dinottelighting.com/sha...ount2=61072945 DiNotte Lighting USA 1 Merrill Industrial Drive, Suite 10 Hampton, NH 03842 http://www.dinottelighting.com 603 929 0123 sales@dinottelighting.com As the days grow longer in the Northern Hemisphere, we start to see people thinking about lighting specifically for races, brevets and other events. Lately customers have inquired if there was going to be a sale for some of our AA products to use for backup lighting systems for the brevets and races. Many of our lithium ion customers have decided they'd like to have a backup light for unsupported events Since we try to do what customers ask (as long as it's reasonable.) We decided to run a limited sale, based on product availability. For those of you curious to see what we have on sale, here is what we have. 1. DiNotte standard 200L-AA-S light engine and battery bag with holder. NO BATTERIES, NO CHARGER, NO HELMET MOUNT. -- $99.00 USD - International customers MUST ship this express - all International Priority or lower class postage orders will be rejected/refunded. 2. International customers MUST ship this express - all International Priority or lower class postage orders will be rejected/refunded. Please visit www.dinottelighting.com, then click on online store, and select store specials. We usually run this type of sale for 1-2 days, but we'll extend this one through most of next week or UNTIL WE RUN OUT OF EXISTING STOCK of each sale item. If your order goes through we will guarantee shipment, but once it's marked SOLD OUT, it's gone, sorry. AA headlights makes great backup lights. DiNotte Sale AA taillight and daytime running lights are a great way to see for yourself how extreme lighting can change the way cars treat you. Many of our customers have asked about sales to let friends know, so please pass the message along as we don't advertise our sales. Oh, and for batteries, check-out Eneloops, or something similar. Not only are they rechargeable, they are also low-discharge (when they are not being used they lose there charge much more slowly than traditional batteries). Be sure to get the 2000 mAh version, not the 800 mAh version.

I love these. I got them when they had the exact same sale last year. I use Sanyo Eneloops too batteries too. I think I'll buy another headlight during this sale.

These come with a "rubber band" type of bar mount. Actually quite simple and
ingenious. It will mount on any bar w/o any type of hardware at all. I have the Powermax batteries, and purchased the 2800 ma version. Figured get the best possible run time. I also carry the second set as Alkaline, just in case, although the run time is much shorter. Oh, and Offroadie, I purchased mine at the same sale you did, IIRC. |
