Default Want to buy

So I came across a little extra money this month. I am building my DJ bike ( Jamis Komodo, thanks Ricky) I need a seat,Pedals,Chain tensioner( going single speed), rear cog,Grips, Rear brake, tires (small block8s) Maybe a BB.What do you all have? Thanks in advance.Build suggestions welcome.Oh and hubs, spokes and rims, previous deal fell through.I would like to stay under 400$ if possible, this bike will be used for certain occasions. No bling needed, just a first time DJ bike.

I have a single SB8 brand new and will never use it. 15$ if you want it.

I have the WTB saddle off my Stinky you can have for 5$
As someone else mentioned, I also have some Kona JackShits brand new, 10$

I have one cheap azz Hayes HMX1 mechanical rear brake you can HAVE. I used this on a dj bike a while ago but if you do ANY type of descent they will not stop you.

If you are still commuting to the Agoura area you could head up the 118 to my place and pick the stuff up if you want any of it.

biggie, your spacing is 135mm, so you can convert any xc rear disc wheel.
