wanted to bump the thread, and put up an update.
a lot of folks have been inquiring about how the bike pedals, and about it's weight.

With the ETA equipped fork and the full length seat tube the bike pedals very well. Full leg extension is easily reached, and pedal feedback is minimal with the DHX 5.0 I felt like the bike, despite it's weight, felt better on tech climbs than my hardtail, as I was able to sit and spin letting the suspension do it's work, without getting tossed around over rocks. It was routinely used on AM loops wtih 3K+ of elevation even AFTER the granny and front dérailleur came off. It's set up as a 1x9 right now, but I will include a near mint Sram X-Gen front dérailleur and a granny ring for the Saints with the sale.
