Default Entry Level type Womens Bike

Looking for an entry level FS bike around the 400 range, would like it to have at least discs and to pedal halfway effecintly. My Gf needs a bike her size and i think she will enjoy ridng maybe a little bit more if she fits. Most import bike needs to fit someone who is 5 foot tall.
