Well, this really does suck having to do this because I really do like this bike and had a blast on it, but I do need to pay off some bills (plus, i still have my Kona Dawg).
The SuperLight is very quick and snappy and when you have the rear shock in lock-out mode, it feels like a hard tail. I rode this thing mainly on the longer fireroad/xc oriented rides and never did any sort of hunk on it at all. The travel adjust and all the other bells and whistles work great on the fork and I've never had any issues with it at all. The frame has no cracks or dings, some minor scratches here and there. Specs Frame: 2004 Ano Gray Santa Cruz SuperLight, medium Fork: Fox Talas RLC 125 mm Shock: Fox Float RL Brakes: Shimano XTR Wheels: Mavic 317 Hubs: Shimano XTR Deraileurs: XTR rear, XT front Tires: 2.35 Nevegal up front, 2.1 Small Block 8 in back Cranks: Shimano XTR SeatPost: Thomson Stem: a generic one, 100mm with a 5 degree rise (i think) Handlebar: carbon fiber one from performance, 25.4 Shifters: Shimano XT Brake Levers: Shimano XT Headset: Chris King Grips: ODI lock-ons Pedals: not included Weight: 26.5 (with pedals) as of now Price: $1,500.00, cash or paypal (with buyer picking up paypal fees) If you would like to come check it out, I live in Long Beach. I'd also be willing to meet up with you at a trailhead and let you try it out for a ride to see if you like it...under the condition that you are held responsible for any damage that might occur to it should you choose to 'demo' it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for looking.

You'd want to be very careful jumping on 29er wheels. They're not as strong as 26ers.
That's a nice bike ya got there! I'm sure you'll regret selling it (if you don't already regret it).

Damn Brett,
You change bikes more then some folks around here change underwear. How can you afford this? What else are you going to get? Is it that time where you're finally going to make that final step to the top of the pinnacle? Is it true, that the day has come when you have finally come to your senses and get the "real" bike? Can't wait to see you on a 5 spot, just like the Gawdfatha.
