looking for a new bike
If you don't already know my bikes had been stolen, at this point I don't have much money to replace them. I was looking for maybe a Specialized Marathon epic. I know a cat that asked on there and was pointed to a local shop that had a demo epic and got a great deal on it. If anyone can help that would be great. I ride a medium.

You might give the guys at The Path a call and see what they have hanging around... Not sure if all of last years models are gone or not...

try dons bike shop, its in Rialto (far drive for you), but thats where I got my sweet deal at. I know they had some epic experts in the store that were demos, but i don't think they are "allowed" to sell those yet, but they can check the specialized catalog or something and see if there are any good deals. When I went to get mine ( about 5 weeks ago) they had a s-works epic for 3500. That is a steal!

Red Hawk...I know how anxious you are to get a new bike...I have been in your shoes (last year)...
True, keep an eye out for a good deal, but maybe give it a couple weeks...you never know when the people who stole your bikes will get caught, slip up, or post them for sale. You may get lucky...  |
