Thumbs up Adrenaline's web site: Now I Feel Better

Hopefully you've seen the recent revisions to Adrenaline's web site. It's got a much cleaner front page, though guys, I have to admit it can still be a struggle to find a specific item at times.

But they also now have a staff profile page. After reading the accomplishments of these guys, I sure feel a lot better about how utterly and completely those guys school me out on the trail!

I've never visited their website, as the shop is only a few miles from my cabinet shop. They are certainly knowledgable, helpful, and nice guys as well. Today I ordered a Yeti 575 frameset from them.

If you love your 575 as much as I'm loving mine, you will be a very happy camper indeed.

I also work close by their shop, so it's an easy visit for me, but I do like pre-shopping on the web when I can.

Saturday at the Adrenaline event I got to ride a 575 on the Oaks/Chutes route. It was my first time on that trail, and my first time riding a fully-suspended bike. Sheer bliss... although the "3Bs" are aptly named! It's safe to say that I was able to ride Chutes much faster than I would have on my '95 Klein hardtail (with it's 1" travel Manitous). I've heard a lot of good things about the 575 and was impressed enough with it to order one 2 days later. I had also considered the Intense 5.5 FRO.

Not to derail my own thread, but I have been stunned by the performance of the 575. Sure, you won't see people winning world cup XC or DH races on them, but I think it's an amazing long-travel XC bike. Or maybe I should call it a lightweight, high-performance all mountain bike. Whatever you call it, it's a nice ride and you will enjoy it! (especially if you got the orange color!)

The Adrenaline website still acts goofy.
For example, on the home page, if you select "frames-mtn" you go to a page that's titled "Frames:Mountain" with another complete listing of items (accessories, cassettes, forks, etc.).

From there, if you click on "Bikes & Frames," it goes to another page that lists all of the kinds of bikes and frames they carry (road, CX, BMX, mtn, etc.).

Click on "Frames: Mountain" and you're finally directed to a list of mtn frame brands.

And then after all of that, Yeti is not listed. They seriously need to do something about that runaround. If you do a search for Yeti, you can find Yeti grips and a couple 2007 Yeti frames, but nothing new.

It may act a bit goofy but at least they are putting a effort into updating their website.

You are correct! You will not find 2008 Yeti's for sale on their site.

Yeti consolidated their online sales for 2008 forward and *sadly* Adrenaline was not one of the 3 online dealers picked to do so You can buy 2008 Yeti's at the shop but not online

The only thing I noticed is that Gabe's last name is spelled wrong. It's a K not a C at the end.

That's a bummer! Maybe the Adrenaline website chould show a little less Yeti love (photo at the top), and a little more toward a company who does show some love to Adrenaline.

Thanks to everyone for your feedback as i'm sure Adrenaline will take both the positve and negatives and use them to continue building a better website.

I just noticed that Black Market is not listed. Is Adrenaline not an online retailer for them either?

I belive they are an online retailer for Black Market.

Building a website takes time as does adding new product and vendors. I'm sure you'll see them on there soon.

BTW: I called Adrenaline, pointed them this direction, so when they have a few free moments today, someone can answer the questions I can't, being that I don't work at Adrenaline and am just the wife
