Default Condo For Rent 1 mile from Aliso Woods
I have a 2bdrm 2 bath condo in Laguna Niguel for rent. Everything is brand new floors, paint, kitchen appliances, fixtures. Upper End Unit. There is an attached garage and a driveway. View of laguna niguel. Ride down the hill to Aliso Woods. Rents go from $1700 to $1950 in this tract. I will make a deal in that range for a good tenant.

Very nice. Not as close to Long Beach as the other places I'm looking at but if I can get over that fact and get a roommate I'll be very interested.
