I bought this one new, and never used it. No box, but everything else is still here. I am in San Diego, and I have some info from the maker to share:

Too cool, you could include a drill bit and insertion instructions for a rubber dong and advertise to quite a different community as well......

Yes. You need to have your cam to tape the action.
