Default 1 1/4" hitch rack

looking around online for a hitch rack but figured i'd check here to see if anyone knows of anything.

something decent and sturdy, just not as expensive as the t2 I drool over.

just has to fit a 1 1/4" hitch receiver

thanks

I've also seen some at Pepboys (Bell Branded) for about 80 bucks. I'm not sure if they are any good though.

check hiddenhitch.com
i got mine in Santa Ana. 150 or so, don't remember. I have a corolla and it's perfect for my bikes. weight limit is about 100 lbs for a 1/14" hitch though.

Just picked up a Yakima HookUp2, 2" version on eBay for $305 shipped. 1 1/14" -> 2" adapter is $33.

Now I have something that works on both cars and if I put it on the SUV with the 2" hitch, I can use the +2 addon to carry 4 bikes...

I have this one...

It works great and loads/unloads very easily. It's made for 1 1/4 hitches and comes with a 2" adapter so that it can be used on both. Got it at Performance bikes. They are on sale right now:

heh, thanks dude. I've been looking at that one for a while now. A lot of my "bike rack" money went towards getting a hitch in the first place, so that price is about right. actually I've had that page bookmarked for a couple months now lol

I have this one too...bought it at Performance also...paid $129 at the time...I wouldn't use it for 2-40+# bikes on dirt roads on the regular BUT 2-30#er's on highway NO PROBLEM and when not in use the 2 sides fold up..
