I'm exchanging the Smarties with the Acids--you can have the smarties, but be warned, they are the CHEAP CB pedals (I actually broke the spindle on my last set, but didn't want to shell out the $$ for Acids--I've learned)

Of course, if you look around online, you can find the cheaper version of Acids on sale for $50-60. On example: http://www.blueskycycling.com/produc...d-1-Pedals.htm

Or, contact crank brothers to see about the repair (I think they're local?!?!)

What?! You don't need no stinkin' pedals. You did fine at Black Star with only one foot clipped in.

Joser, I've got 2 set's of USED Candies that I'm gonna throw on E-Bay for a friend, $25 a set, and they're in great condition. One set of grey, and one set of blue.
I'll be at the Demo this weekend. Let me know if you want me to bring them.

Hey Jose,

I got some Candies or Mallets you can borrow till CB takes care of you.

Let me know if you need'em.

Also, just mail your pedals to CBs. They were pretty fast when I need to warranty something.

I took a friends broken CB pedals in and they replaced them on the spot. They take walkins and while in Laguna you can get a ride in, they are very close to the Laguna Bowl climb...

Add one more offer to the list: I've got some Candy SL's you can borrow, and I can get em to you in the Orange-y or Lake Forest-y areas.

I've heard Crank Bros is awesome about turnaround on repairs. Give them a call and see how fast they can hook you up.

Well if your 100th set of pedals offered to you falls through I have some ugly blue CB mallets you can use.
