The rear hub is XT with 823 and quick release. The front hub ( ? ) someone said Marzocchi, but don't bet on it. Very clean and true, and yes, front one is thru axle. How much should I ask for them? Honest opinions will get a set of used Kenda tires with the purchase. I am thinking of $175? Is it fair? Too much? I like to hear from you.
I will have pictures tonight. |

823's are decent rims. No idea about the XT hub (especially not knowing the year).
How much use? Not interested in purchasing, just trying to help out. FWIW, we sold a set of Bontrager wheels for $70 just recently. I think your wheelset can take more abuse, though (based on the hoops, anyway). |

Thank you allison. That's exactly what I need. Honest Feedbacks. I appriciate your reply. A few days ago, I posted some items and some members started joking around that I didn't like.
By the way, the wheel sets are off of a 2006 bike. The exact day on the hub??? I don't know. Am I asking too much or fair? Thanks again. |

I'd price them at $250.
20mm front hubs are hard to screw up and XT's while heavy are pretty much bomb proof, especially with the addition of a bolt-on axle. |

You'd start at $250 but will end up at $175...$175 is very fair. $150 is a deal, $100 is a steal.
I'm in the market for some new wheels w/20mm front axle. I paid $225 for a new set of Bontrager Rims....Race Lite or someth'in (20mm F), and Tubeless plus the wieght is about the same as the XT like 2200 g. Next step is the Crossmax ST Disc 20mm : ) KRZ |

I wouldn't count on it. The EX823 is Mavic's tubeless DH rim. They weigh in at a hefty 657g each not including the nipple cups. The XT hubset is also not known for being very svelte either. It is a decent wheelset though and at a good price.
