Default SOLD!!! 2007 Redline Monocog 29er SS

Finally doing it. Been talking about it for a while. Now is the time. I have 3 hardtails....one has to go. Plus, my knees are no longer diggin' the SS.

Size: Large
Color: Matte Brown
Frame: Steel
Fork: '07 RS Reba Race w/Remote Poploc 100mm
Headset: Chris King
Handlebar: Bontrager King Earl 31.8
Grips: Sunline Lockon Narrow
Cranks: Truvativ Stylo SS ISIS
Ring: Salsa 32t
Pedals: Shimano 520
Bottom Braket: FSA Platinum
Brakes: Avid Juicy 7 160mm
Seatpost: RaceFace XY
Saddle: Bontrager Race Lite
Wheels: Alex Rims/Redline Hubs
Cog: Surly 22T
Tires: Bontrager Jones ACX 2.2 Tubeless 3 rides only

Will include the Redline rigid fork and steel 20t cog.

Bike new was $479
Fork was $450
Brakes were $250
Cranks were $100
Headset was $129
Bars were $70
Seatpost was $89

Would cost about $1400 to build this up.

Bike has about 450 miles on it.

Everything is in great condition. Some normal scratches on the frame. Wheels are true. Plenty of miles left of chain/ring/cog.

Asking $650-700 for it.

That's an awesome bike for a great price. With so many people excited about getting into a SS 29er, I can't believe someone hasn't jumped on this yet. There are a lot of very nice upgrades on there!

Default It is a good deal, but...

I can't speak for all of the budget SS9ers, but I'm too short for a large. Seems nobody wants to unload a medium.

Besides, I've already started stockpiling parts. The wife won't hardly notice if all of the sudden all of these parts one day become a bike. She would definitely question a whole new build.
