SOLD!!! Santa Cruz Juliana Hardtail

Up for sale is my wife's 2004 Santa Cruz Juliana Hardtail.

Bike was purchased in Aug. 2004.

Ridden off and on through Aug. 2005. This was a back up bike. Frame was not ridden from Aug 2005 til Jan. 2007 when it was built up as a singlespeed. Gears were installed in July of this year. The bike has been ridden only a few time since then.

Avid Juicy 5 have less than 100 miles on them.
The 32t and 22t rings have less than 100 miles on them.
Chain has less than 100 miles on it.
New cables and housing....less than 100 miles.
XT Front Derilluer....you guessed it, less than 100 miles.

Frame size is a women's large 15.5" seatube . Top tube runs about 21.5"

My wife is 5'4" and it fits her pretty well.

Santa Cruz no longer makes this frame, so I am hesitant to sell. However, the wife has the itch for a 29er, so this gotta go.

Frame is in excellent condition.
Fork was rebuilt about 200 miles ago.
Bike has a total of about 500 miles on it.

Everything else has normal light scrapes and scratches.

Retail on the bike was $2200
Would like to get $700 for it.

How much does it weigh? Just curious --- I don't think I have the $$$ to buy it, but it'd be a nice backup for me, especially if it's light.

Right now it is about 26-27 lbs. You definately get it down a couple of pounds. The fork, seatpost and hubs are not the lightest.


Built up as a rigid singlespeed it was only 22 lbs. The frame is about 3 lbs.
