Haro V4 Hardtail XC Al frame. Size 20". Eff Top Tube ~24". Built and rode as singlespeed. Runs 33x21t ratio without tensioner. 32x20t might work too. Strong but not a super heavy. I ran a 5" Fox fork up front and as a singlespeed it still weighed about 24lbs. Normal scratches, and nics. No dents. Comes with Seatpost and clamp. $30.

Well, I'm about 6' and it fits me. It's old school non-compact road geometry. I'll measure the effective top tube and seat tube tonight.
