Default Trek Remedy 5 21.5" 2007

Hey all I'm trying to sell a bike for my friend who tore his ACL while dirt jumping.

He can't really ride so he wants to get rid of the bike and replace it when he's recovered.

It's on Ebay right now and there's a full description on there. I think he's hoping for around a grand on it (the thing's like new), but if you want, PM me with an offer and I'll run it by him.

here's the link:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MESE:IT&ih=015

enjoy!

aw noone wants my friend's big bike, it totally reps the path though!

i guess this is either a bump or just me being bored.

Throwing in some zip-ties may help with the sale.

Default Looks nice.

It looks just like a Turner or a Kona or Elsworth . The design seems to work well all of them. The build looks clean from what I could see.
It might be fun bike.

I'm currently riding a remedy 6 (as the ebay page says), and i frikkin' love it. I imagine that the bike will probably get at least one bid on ebay and I have no problem packing it, but I figured i'd post here also to see if anyone was interested.

Regardless of the fact that I'm trying to sell it (i get nothing out of this, just doing a favor), the bike is seriously minty. The guy who owns it flaked on more rides than he attended, and then he busted his knee riding his 24" bmx bike.

It was purchased from Jax irvine (where I work, he's a friend as I've said), and it really is in great condition.

so if anyone is tall and looking for a decent bike, its got reasonable components and would be a great platform for upgrades, let me know.

I'd seriously consider it, especially at that price, but it is too big for me.

what size are you looking for? someone's selling a 19.5" on ebay right now, except that its further east and the shipping is about 70 bucks or so.

there's also a remedy 66 in a 15.5 on there too.

I usually roll an 18" or 19". I'm also leary of buying bikes over Ebay. STR is different.

i hear that, i've never bought bikes on ebay though, just sold a few frames and a flatland bmx bike that I decided I'd sunk way too much money into.

Sucks too, cuz $800 seems like a good deal to me.

I think it'll probably end higher though because there's a ton of watchers on it right now.
