Default I am NOT selling my Yeti

This is probably one of the hardest things I have ever done, but I might need to sell my Yeti.

Right now I need to pay bills and focus on school so the extra cash could really come in handy.

The specs are as follows:

Frame: 07 Yeti ASR-SL Medium
Shock: Fox RP23
Fork: Reba WC
Brakes: Magura Marta SL
Shifters: X.O Triggers
R Der: X.O
F. Der: XTR
Cassette: XTR
Crankset w/BB: XTR
Headset: Chris King
Handlebars: FSA K-Force Flat
Stem: Thomson
Seatpost: Thomson
Saddle: Specialized BG
Pedals: Eggbeater 4Ti
Cables: Nokon

If I get a good offer, I will probably let it go.
I was thinking around $6,000.

I have only had this bike for about 4 months.
There are a few scratches on the fork lowers, but that is it.

Thanks for looking!

"i might be selling my yeti"... You might not be selling your Yeti at that price.

It seems that you could get that bike new and more for $6,000.00, where did you get it?

An 07 Yeti with the race kit is about $5,300.
Plus I added pedals at $450, a Reba WC fork which is about $200 more than the Fox F100, and th Magura brakes are about $150 more than the Avid Ultimates.

I should be able to at least get $5,000 then.

I think it is kind of ridiculous when people expect to get new money for used bikes.

As soon as you drive a bike off the lot it looses half it's value...that is just the way it is.

if you want to maximize your resale value you may want to part it out. More work but you could recoup more $$$

By working at a bike shop?
When I worked at one they didn't pay well, but got killer deals though.
