Default Rushak's Official Introduction

I have met a few STR's out on the trails (Whiting and Luge), but I can never remember your names. I've been lurking on here for the past 6 months or so and decided to join the family in the past month or so. Came here from "egoladders" as some call it. I was looking forward to some upcoming CC/VQ training rides, but those look like they will be postponed. Anyways.....

If I remember correctly, you guys headed up to LA County that weekend for a camp and ride? I already miss not being able to pedal since the fires and now Whiting and STT/Luge will never be the same.

Welcome to the tribe. We will get some VQ/CC training in on the remaining parks. Ever go up Mathis or Meadows 3 or 4 times in a row?

Haven't approached that number yet. Looks like that will change soon.

Gene,

I rode my Spider for the 1st time at Aliso last Friday and made it all the way up Meadows (with 2 dabs and 1 quick stop to let my heart rate go down) for the 1st time. I guess riding a bike 9lbs lighter makes a difference!!!

Maybe I'll have to try the CC in 2009!!!
