Hey There Folks -
Found your forum a while back via mtbr and though I'd sign up. I mostly ride in the Palos Verdes area (Portuguese Bend), but have been branching out to Turnbull and some of the OC trails. Looking forward to my first Big Bear ride this weekend. Hope to see ya on the trails sometime!

I work close to PV, but I've only ridden there a few times (live in OC). There are a mess of trails through there! Perhaps you could host a night ride at PV? I think there are many people in this area (yeah, I'm at work), who would like a night ride on other nights than Thursday (Fully Loop ride).

Well, I've never hosted such a thing, but I guess I could give it a try. I'm always nervous about having people come to PV, as most experienced riders I've met tend to poo-poo it as boring. After riding other trails I can see their point, however I still enjoy it. The view is always amazing.
