Singletrack Angel

After meeting all the great STR members on genusmtbr5's ride last Saturday, I thought it was about time that I joined!

Some of you may know me as the wife of KeepsWhatHappens a.k.a. Kristine.

Saturday was a great ride and I met many nice people. Thank you, Gene! You are truly the Ambassador of Mountain Biking.

I'm looking forward to more rides with STR this Fall - now that the kids will be FINALLY BACK IN SCHOOL!

You were riding with 2 other angels right? I was riding with the little group that included 3 trail angels and i met one of you lovely ladies but I forgot her name. Anyways hope you make it to more STR rides.

Hi and welcome (officially) to the site. I'm the guy that rode the last few miles with you into the park last Saturday.

Thanks for showing me the line through the last water crossing. I remember looking down and seeing that large white rock we went just to the right of and thinking, "I almost rode straight towards that thing."

Singletrack Angel

Every Tuesday morning - I'll be hosting "Tijeras Creek Tuesdays" starting next week. Different routes each week, exploring the many routes, offshoots and extra credits of Tijeras Creek. A mellow ride, but there will be guest appearances by KeepsWhatHappens.

Details about next Tuesday will be posted, but we will start with the "Gilleran Drop" and on to Waterworks...

It was a great mix of people on Saturday, so I'd love to see some STR folks out there - and especially you Gene! And don't forget about the TA ride on Sundays at 7:30 a.m. at Whiting - we may be adding the Luge to it this week...

Jeff, it was a pleasure to share the trail with you! I hope you come down again soon.
