Smile Yhellow!

Hey everybody, i'm glad to join the STR fam! I'm based in the OC and usually ride alone because weekends aren't good for me. Riding alone is not as fun as with a group so i'm looking forward to hitting new trails with other people!

I have (i guess you could say) an amibitious ride list that I want to do within the next 4 weeks on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays (1 for each week): SART, Idyllwild, Cannell Plunge, and Noble canyon. I'd also like to know of any group rides that happen throughout the week. My ride days are Mon. (early evenings), Tues. and Wed (anytime) and Thurs. (mornings).

Look forward to riding with ya'll!

Your ride schedule is almost the opposite of mine

I would like to do Noble again, but that would need to be a weekend for me.

I ride almost everyday since I work graves. Sometimes mornings, sometimes early evenings. Wed works for me cause I'm off. I can ride in the morning on Thurs as well. PM me if you want to ride. Check out this ride and join us.

Welcome to the madness. I'd like to hit up some of those rides with you but I've got a 1yr old to tow around and I think they would be a bit much. Have fun and good luck

Thanks to all for the welcome! I'm gonna do Idyllwild next Wednesday; should I ride with a bear bell? Has anyone here rode this trail alone? My major concern as always when riding alone is the wild animals.

Genusmtbkr5: I'd love to make the blackstar ride but it's on a Sat. I'll keep an eye out for any weekday group rides.

What trail in Idyllwild? If you are riding the Hurkey Creek loop you should be fine. I could be totally wrong, but not sure there's much more than coyotes and deer nearby that trail.
