Hello everyone,
My name is Kurt and I'm the Southern California rep for Rocky Mountain Bicycles. This post has been a long time coming, but here it is. I love to ride just as much as the rest of you, and so does my wife and dog. But ever since taking this this job my riding time is less and less ironically. I like the positive vibe of this message board unlike some other ones........... and don't worry I won't try to push bikes on everyone, but I'am understanably biased. Hope to see you all at events or on the trail and always come by to say hi. I won't bite, but my dog might. ![]() |

Welcome, Glad you can join in. I ride a Rocky Mtn. It's not my primary ride though. I also have a Tomac F/S XC, and a Giant XTC SS. The Rocky Mtn. is my H/T XC event bike. I had it powder coated and RM sent me the frame decals.

Thanks for the welcome and kind words everyone! Nice ride genius! Jason, Big Bear was fun. I looking forward to the trip at the end of the month. Should be good times had by all! I just got back from Mammoth so I'm jonesing (sp?) for somemore lift assisted riding. Sharky, wasn't me. He's about 50 lbs and that would SSUUCCKK for climbing.
No dog specific bike yet.... but everytime he hears a freewheel in the house he freaks out and wants me to take him (along) for ride. He does well, he made it all the way up and down Maple Springs a few months back, I only had to wait for him the last mile or so, paws were tired. I wish there were more places in OC and SD that were dog friendly so he could come for more rides. There are a few trails by my house in Carlsbad that are great for that. |
