The CM rocks! I would only live in South OC for only one thing its so close to all kinds of great trails, other than that forget about it.

The CM is one of the last nice OC citys where you can go ride your bike to the local booze store and roll back with a case of beer without Johnny law calling down the swat team on you

Hey Marlon, Gene here. I'm glad you joined STR. Lots of riders on here as you can see from the threads. Ty had another pinch flat, this time down Meadows, lucky for him, I had a tube and another cartridge. Hope to see you on the trails again. I'll probably be at the bikes and beers ride. It depends if I survive Coldwater on Sat . By the way, that is a really sweet ride.

The second flat of the ride.

ah that sucks man sorry, thats a fun downhill to bad its so short, i finished that day by going down rock-it and up cholla and then over and down meadows, as i was going down meadows had a "run in" with some "hikers" i was flying around one of the corners and this older couple wearing nothing close to what looks like hiking shoes gets rattled and the wife starts falling back and slipping on the trail and all the while im on the brakes and kind of laughing, so i stop to see if she is ok and the husband starts swearing at me and more words are exchanged, so i just left........whatever it was funny see u out there Gene

Welcome aboard, Marlon. What kind of bike do you ride? I ride Aliso 2 -3 times a week so I will probably bump into you at some point.
