hello everyone
Hi everyone,
I just bought a new mountain bike (giant avalanche 1.0). I'm pretty much new to the region/country and I'm looking for a group/person that would like to ride with me. I used to ride quite a lot, but now I have to get myself back into shape. So... hope to see you on the trails! Maggie |

Check back often Maggie, we have a large contingency in the south part of Orange County. Lots of riding down that way.

Welcome aboard, give us a shout when you are ready to hit the trails. Aliso/Wood Canyons in Aliso Viejo is a good place to get started.

Thanks for the welcomes.
Im planning on doing some mountain biking starting in August. Right now I'm a little busy. Yesterday I went on the first bike ride since a very long time (that included part of Aliso Creek Trail, Oso trail and Jeronimo Open Space) but only on the road which is not as much fun as mountain biking. I will definitely check out the trails in Aliso Viejo and Aliso/Wood Canyons. See you soon on the trails! |

Welcome Maggie! I live in Huntington Beach, but ride in southern OC often (cause the trails there are better than the ones in HB--hahah). I'll try to remember to post my rides when I get back from vacation in August.

another pretty cool web site to check out is www.geoladders.com it has a whole crap load of trails mapped in so cal. there are also group rides posted there. |
