Default Yet another STR n00b

What's up all - jumping on the band-wagon with the Cannell Plunge ride coming up this weekend. I'm living in North San Diego County (and have been all my life) and have been riding in the area for 10 years or so. Always looking for new places to ride and new people to ride with. After ten years of contending with entry level hard-tails and bikes I've picked up off of e-bay - I finally treated myself to a Ventana X-5 (custom build). http://www.winridgeinc.com/x5/x5full.jpg (or check out the /x5 folder for more pics). So, now there's no excuses! ride ride ride!

Look forward to meeting some of ya'll this weekend!

Very nice ride. If Turner no longer made bikes that would be the manufacture I would go to.

Check the board there has been a small change made on the Plunge ride. Start time moved up 1 1/2 hours to 7am.

That bikes about perfect for the Plunge.

Earlier the better ... I'm all about beating the heat. Again, good to know you guys, it'll be cool to meet ppl in person. I'll have to bump around the forums a bit more - seems like a lot of people are living in OC or thereabouts...

Looks like Ventana will be (relatively) well represented at The Plunge. Won't ever be out in Turner numbers, and that's just fine.

My X-5

Look forward to riding with you, Juliius.
