Default Giving a shout out to the mtn bikers of OC

Name is Shane and I was invited to join by Matt Kipper. I'm from up north, Marin County, just getting back into riding after a few years off. I go by SpineDoc, so obviously I'm a chiropractor, in MV. I'm the team doc for Sho-air Racing team, Manny Prado, George Munoz and Monique. I work on two pro cyclists, Alexi Martinez and Bryson Perry. My office does massage at all of the Warrior Society races, including the upcoming 24 hours of OC. We use something called the Deep Muscle Stimulator (DMS). Check it out, www.endurancechiro.com and then ask Matt about it. It's really amazing! Stop by our booth next weekend, let me know your with SoCalTrailriders, and I'll take care of you.

Welcome to STR Shane!! I used to get bad lower back pain on long climbs. For the past month Ive stoped by his office after rides to get some DMS work done. My next ride would be pain free. You guys at the 24 next week should defintely take up his offer for DMS duing the race. Especially if your on a team with lots of down time. Cant hurt
