Default Another Turner geek

Yes, another Turner rider has joined STR.

I live in Seal Beach, and usually ride the trails in Laguna (Aliso, El Morro, etc).

I ride a 5 Pack, and just got an Intense Uzzi Vpx.

Hope to see you guys out on the trails! I usually ride with my girlfriend (yet another Turner (5 Spot) rider). If you see us on the trails, don't hesitate to introduce yourself. Here's our photo:

Welcome to STR. I live in Long Beach and sometimes I ride my Heckler up to the pier in Seal Beach. Do you ever ride at GumGrove on the backside of "the hill". Its nothing special but it is some dirt with some fun s/t to mess around on.

I'm craving a Breakfast Burrito from Nick's right now, you ever go there?

Hope to see you on the trails. I missed out on getting one of the Homer jerseys. Now I'm jealous.

I used to ride GumGrove on my old Diamondback. True, nothing special, but it's nice and close.
Which part of SB are you in SDirt? I live right near College Park East.

Rodel, you're getting a Highline? If so lucky you! That would be the ultimate fourth Turner for me

Sleepdirt, welcome to the forum....along with your g/f. A pair of very nice Turner bikes you've got there. I'm sure I'll probably run into you someday around Aliso/El Moro.....I'll be on one of my Turners

I remember Gum Grove from my Jr. High days. I haven't been there in ages.

I'm near College Park East too. Near the Rossmoor Center.

I usually get my breakfast burritos from Hot Off the Grill, but I'll have to check out Nick's as well.

Hey Rob,
Yes, it'll be only me second though the problem is my I9s are still 5weeks out so we are trying to build a 2nd/spare rear wheel for that beast. They don't have very many 150mm hubs in stock to make a cool looking set right now so it'll still be at least 2weeks before it's all built up. The frame currently hangs in the rafters of the shop, nice ano silver.

That's awseome you're getting a HL! Did you get a chance to demo one from Turner? Let me know when it's built up and I'll grab my Uzzi and we'll go hit some fun spots. I wish I had known your frame was there, I would have checked it out this morning before the Bikes and Beer ride.

With regards to wheels, I have DT 440 FR hubs and couldn't be happier. I'm almost positive they come in 150mm.
