Default Oh noes, another single speeder!

Hey all,

Yet another newbie, just in from Dallas, living in Laguna Beach at the moment.

Mostly a rigid, 29er sort of rider:

Just recently sold my geared 26er hardtail:

And also have an Intense 5.5 that I think will soon be seeing more use:

Looking forward to hitting the trails either this weekend or next, depending on when I actually receive my 5.5, which is being FedEx'd by a buddy tomorrow, along with my roof rack. I was in a hurry to leave Texas!

El Moro's only a few miles up the road, so I'll probably just ride up there from my place, at least for a first ride. Hope to see some of you around, and also hope to learn the better trails soon!

Ben

D'oh! Hosed up my own pics, on the first post. Nice.

Thanks, it was an NAHBS bike this year. The roady shown in the background was there last year. Mike DeSalvo's been good to me, in case the three DS's didn't show it!

The 29er has been great, I had converted my 26er to rigid and ss for about a year, and I can't say as I miss it. I'm really looking forward to hitting the trails out here, everything looks great, just gotta get tires to dirt!

I too use to live in Dallas and am now in Laguna. I lived in the Big D for 4 years while at SMU. Let me know when you want to hit Aliso or El Moro.
